Aron 'Teo' Lee
Aron “Teo” Lee is a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Math) educator, entrepreneur & TED Talk Speaker with a multidisciplinary background in the arts, program direction, design, engineering, business development and management.
Aron holds a Bachelor of Art in Psychology from Hampton University, and spent decades working for engineering companies providing solution development work and business development for world-class audiovisual system integrators. In 2013 he opened DEILAB to teach students of all ages about Design, Engineering and Innovation in a lab, using Toys as Tools to Teach. Lee has amassed thousands of hours leading hundreds of after school programs, summer camps and professional development workshops in public and private schools, universities, corporations and non-profit organizations. Today DEILAB has programs planted in Maryland and Massachusetts serving 6 cities.

Adam Phillips is an author, advocate and innovator who has participated as counsel for multi-platform start-up companies in technology, education and various commodities. Adam has managed projects for Fortune 500 business verticals, has owned 3 companies and taught in high school and college. Adam transitioned into government work and has headed federal policy initiatives for energy and environmental corporations. An accomplished musician and athlete, Adam holds both a Masters in History, a Juris Doctorate, is a energy sector compliance specialist, teacher and master-trainer.

Antonio Scott

Antonio Scott is an experienced youth development professional who brings a wealth of knowledge and a dynamic work background to the DEILAB leadership team. Antonio holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from Howard University, has over 16 years in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors most notably as the former Executive Director for S.M.A.R.T. (Sports Management, Academics, and Recreational Training) and as a co-founder/GM of the DC Grays Collegiate Baseball Club from 2012 - 2019. Antonio’s passion for working with youth combined with his passion for technology innovation, and blended with his passion for athletics make a perfect recipe for success as a member of the DEILAB family!
