DEILAB Professional Development workshops offer participants an opportunity for professional growth and self-improvement that results in morale improvement and multidisciplinary productivity.

DEILAB workshops are highly experiential, with learning delivered through creative design, build and battle innovation challenges, interactive exercises, presentations, small and large group discussions.

DEILAB's programming accelerates the metabolism of how people set expectations and see possibilities for themselves. Participating in a rapid cycle of “testing” raises confidence in how each individual engages and contributes. Our program helps people negotiate and re-negotiate relationships by empowering people to connect beneath the surface in an enjoyable environment where they must exercise and analyze the important role of failure, iteration, testing in solution development and concept creation.

    Post PD Support: DEILAB will provide educators with support throughout the academic year.
    Personalized Support: Two-way video conference sessions can be set up as 1 hour, 90 minutes, or 2 hours and easily fit into teacher's schedules.

    None of the world's greatest inventions, discoveries and advances would exist without creativity! Help collaborative teams break the ice and increase imagination with timed challenges for healthy competition. Exploring form, function and scale through exciting project based learning and testing.

  • Freshmen Orientation

    Create a smooth transition into college life for students as they get acquainted with a new academic environment. Find connections with future classmates during DEILAB activities. Bring renewed curiosity and creativity to young adults as they embark on a new chapter of their lives.

Pre-K Through 12th Grade

    DEILAB Laboratories are successful due to their alignment with real life problems, solutions and life-changing opportunities. Equip young minds with the tools to explore the fun side of S.T.E.M while keeping it relatable to the everyday world.     We encourage independent thinking in students as they interpret, describe and communicate ideas. This approach requires a person to work steadily and value the results of their own ideas across all disciplines. On-site training is customized to address specific school and district needs.

Our hands-on workshops are held at client locations, they’re designed to make sure you’re using your available resources most effectively to transform teaching and learning.

We require open floor space in a multipurpose room, classroom or gym for project building. DEILAB provides all of the equipment for its classes.
